What to expect?
After you have organised an appointment via our online bookings, you will receive a text message a few days prior to your appointment asking you to fill out a consultation form. This allows Melissa to understand what your needs are & how your skin & your body are currently feeling. With this information, Melissa can tailor your facial and make sure to curate a treatment that she feels is best to address your needs.
Once the facial is complete, Melissa will contact you 2-3 days after as a complimentary follow up to see how your skin is feeling. She will also go into great detail about your current skin care routine, and possibly prescribe you a new routine to consider via email if this has been agreed upon at your initial appointment.

The peel is extremely comfortable on the skin as it does not compromise your skins natural acid mantle as it has no down time. A deep clean at its finest. Containing Salicylic Acid to help dissolve & clear congested pores & excess oil, accompanied by the comforting and hydrating elements of mild Lactic Acid to bring volume & plumpness back into the skin. This gentle peel also utilises Vitamin A to help work slightly deeper in repairing and fine tuning skin cells, this allows the rejuvenation process to initiate. This treatment is ideal for individuals who have targeted and hormonal breakouts, re-occurring congestion, sun spots or even inflammatory scarring, pigmentation and dullness. The peel contains both morus alba bark extract and bearberry extract which when teamed together, aids in brightening the skins complexion and fading un-even skin tone. Remove unwanted peach fuzz and dead skin cells with our dermaplaning facial. Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation in which we safely and precisely use a surgical blade to gently remove the layer of dead skin cells and vellus (clear) hair on the face. This reveals a smoother, brighter complexion which allows for better product penetration and smoother makeup application. We have designed two facial treatments which includes dermaplaning, a luxurious enzyme peel to pick up any leftover debris, softening facial steaming, extractions (if necessary), facial massage, a hydrating & soothing jelly mask, followed by a super relaxing neck and shoulder massage, and finally after care. The other option is to do the 'express' version where we remove the steam, massage and face mask elements. Please be mindful that any dermaplaning facial includes an eyebrow & lip wax.

If you find yourself feeling sensitive to the coarsness of regular physical exfoliation (granular) but still would like to feel smooth, plump & bright, then this is your go-to GENTLE exfoliating facial. Loaded with Papain & Liapin enzymes to help aid in an anti-inflammatory response and antibacterial properties to help treat acne and prevent future breakouts by removing dead skin cells and mopping up the left overs! Back Facial: De-congesting, exfoliating & clearing back facial

Ideal for: Trapped pores, built up congestion, post inflammatory scarring & blackheads on the upper and/or lower back
Designed to help de-congest & remove build up & blocked pores that commonly reside on the upper to mid back. We start with a double salicylic acid cleanse, followed with either a foaming enzyme treatment or a glycolic acid granaular plant based scrub that will be accompanied with steam, whilst we do a scalp massage. Once the steaming is complete, we hot towel the product off the back & do any necessary extractions. This is followed through with the appropriate aftercare. We recommend if you suffer from breakouts on your back, that you book a course of 3-4 of these treatments. Results are best seen when you do this treatment more frequently.
