We do require 24 hours notice to make any final cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to do so will mean 50% of the booking total will be withheld & is non-transferable, it cannot be used as credit towards future bookings and is not refundable. In regards to makeup bookings, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

A Credit Card is required to make your booking. We use a safe and reputable Credit Card capture system with Square software. This does not charge your card, however temporarily holds your card details until the day of the booking. If you would like the card details to be stored in your client file, it will allow you to tick a box to do so when booking. This will mean you won't have to re-fill out any information the next time you book online.

Melissa does offer in - studio makeup applications ONLY. Our studio is located in Hoppers Crossing (about 25 minutes from the CBD).
